Organization Review

Approve an organization only if most of these are true:

• Organization name looks real.
• Contact email or phone looks real.
• Website is real if provided.
• Location/contact info makes sense.
• Description matches the organization.
• Requester explains why they should manage it.
• No obvious fake/spam words.
• If unsure: leave pending and ask them for more info.

Warning Ladder

• Small mistake: hide or delete the event and message the admin.
• Suspicious event: hide it immediately and temporarily block that organization from creating events.
• Clearly fake, dangerous, or spam: suspend the organization, hide its public events, and remove admin access if needed.
• Repeated abuse: reject or suspend permanently and disable the bad user account in Firebase Auth.
• Important rule: only approved organizations can create public events. Pending organizations stay blocked.
• Volunteer event reports appear in the Safety & Account Inbox below. Review and resolve them promptly.
